A nice stay
friendly staffheated poolslandscape designconvenient communication
The resort has a convenient way to communicate with the friendly staff using messenger. I found plenty of activities to keep residents of all ages engaged, a plus. The indoor and outdoor heated pools with seawater were a decent substitute for swimming in the sea. I also thought the amazing landscape design was very excellent.
The hotel app proved difficult when trying to book restaurants. I had to queue to secure a reservation.

The morning walks around the grounds were good, a gentle start to each day. The beach service was very attentive. I found the evening shows offered captivating entertainment. The hotel's array of sports activities kept things lively and exciting.
It took a little while to get used to the hotel app to book the restaurants, it was not as intuitive as I'd hoped.

I found the staffs to be very hardworking. they were friendly. i really loved the spacious rooms. They were very very comfy and tidy.
the room was very basic. the buffet food was often cold. there was no microwave available to heat food.
